Administrators

A Phalanx administrator is someone who is responsible for defining a Phalanx environment, installing Phalanx in that environment, and maintaining the resulting cluster. Administrators operate infrastructure, manage secrets, and are involved in the deployment, configuration, and Argo CD synchronization of applications.
